I hope you all find love.
Real love.
With someone who is honest and kind
And never makes you feel like you’re not enough
Or that you’re too much.

I hope you never fall asleep feeling like you’re lacking.
Like if you were or had a little bit more
Like if you were a  little bit less or different,
You’d be worthy of love.

I hope whoever you decide to love,
Decides to love you back.
May you never regret being vulnerable.
May that person be vulnerable back.

I hope that you find someone who wants to spend
The rest of your lives courting you
And making you feel special.
May the well of romance that fuels your love,
Never run dry.

I hope you find someone who
Finds joy in communicating with you.
Someone who listens to you,
Someone who hears you.
May you hear them.

I hope you find someone who will be
Patient, kind and slow to anger.
I hope you find someone who will
Never keep a record of old wrongs,
Someone who is not selfish or boastful.

I hope you find someone who will be slow to anger,
Someone who will not keep a record of old wrongs,
Someone who always protect you and your love.
I hope you find someone you can trust,
Someone whose love will never fail you.

I hope you find love,
Real love.
