I’ve quickly come to realize that my favourite thing about these interviews is the fact that I get to introduce the people who impact my life, with you all. It’s starting to feel a little like I’m sharing the gifts (these amazing people) that God has given me, with the rest of the world.

In our society, the discussion about mental health is a taboo, suicide is rife and emotional and physical violence are the order of the day. I, wholeheartedly, want to change that.

I cannot stress enough, how important it is to be kind to yourself. Learn to be patient with yourself. Forgive yourself every day because you need your forgiveness. You need to give yourself the gift of forgiveness for every mistake, every failure, and every loss.
